Arrives—March 19. Wanganui, b.s., 179 tons, McAiihnr, from Port Chalmers via Oamarn. J. M. Hey wood and Co., agents. Sailed—March 19. \ Northern Monarch, ship, 1230 tons, Eansom, for London. New Zealand Shipping Company, agents. Comet, ketch, 58 tons, Short, for Blenheim. Onlt and Graham, agents. The s.B. Albion, from Melbourne via Sonth, was signalled when our express left port. She will leave thiß afternoon for Wellington. The b.b. Wanganui, Captain McArthur, arrived from Oamarn this morning. She sails for Mannkau and other ports to-night. DEPABTUEE OF THE NOETHEEN MONAECH. This ship was despatched this morning for London by the New Zealand Shipping Company. The steam tug Lyttelton towed her out to a goood offing, leaving the harbor at seven o'clock.
