OHRI3TCHITRCH. Monday, March 17. [Before Gh L. Mellish, Esq , R.M., and G-. L. Lee, Esq., J.P.] Deunk and Disoedebly.—Alfred Piper and Wm. Calder were each fined 10s. Eueious Riding.—Jerry Parsons was fined 10s for furiously riding a horse while in a state of intoxication. Abusive Language.—Joseph Perry was summoned for using abusive language to Annie Piercy on the 13th instant. The prosecutrix detailed the language made use of, and stated that hor daughter-in-law was present. The defendant refused to quit the premises when ordered to go away. Mrs Piercy's daughter-in-law corroborated her evidence, and the accused was sentenced to seven days' imprisonment with hard labour.
