HASSALL’S REPORT. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, Holborn Viaduct, E. 0. London, 9th May, 1877. Received from Mr H, J. Hart. E have subjected a sample of the above-named article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit Is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces nf solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart’s Schiedam Schnapps la a very superior article of its class, Is well purified, and quite genuine, (Signed) ARTHUR H.
