A superior iron-built ship, the Arethnsa, in corumand of Captain Stiven, anchored in Port thLS morning, after a rather leogthy passage of 110 days from Cardiff. She is deeply laden with railway iron, having 1800 tons of it in her hold, a circumstance which, taken in connection with the succession of light winds and calms experienced during the passage, and the almost total absence of both the N.*.. and S U trades, accounts for tho tediousuoss of the voyage. The New Zealand Shipping Company are her consignees.
