The British and French G-overnments have resolved to declare to the Khedive of Egypt that Mibar Pasha’s retention of the Presidency of the Council of Egyptian Ministers, which office he recently resigned, is indispensable. The last reinforcements started for the Cape to-day. Bombay, March 3. The Indian Government have decided So encourage the emigration of coolies to Fiji for plantation labor.
