WAIEABAPA RACES. [By Telegraph,] Waiahapa, Februara 13. Splendid weather. The attendance was mucli larger than in any previous years. Maiden Plate—so sovs. Distance, one and a-balf miles. Merlin 1 Parhelia 2 Black Prince 3 Orphan scratched. Black Prince was in front for the first mile, and Merlin hard held. Time, 2min 4-Ssec.
