The results of the analysis,, whioh are set forth In a neparate report, Bhow that this spirit Is of good strength, practically tree from acidity, and that it contains but traces :of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable Aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, Is well purified, and quite genuine. (Sign«d) ARTHUR H. I have the honor to report for yonr informs, tion that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critioal examination, the result of whioh enables me to state that it is the finest sample of Sobuapps that has yet come nnder my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of malt in the production of the ohoicont qualities of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and In this respect compares favourably with other samples offered for sale.
