Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places as antler, subject to the necessary tit stations SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 1. For Aharon and Otago, per Taupo, at <v3o p.m. Late letter box, guard’s van, must not he used for this ~ For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe, America, via San Francisco, Sydney, Brisbane, and Northern Ports of New Zealand, per Wanaka, at 1 p.m.; late fee letters, 1.45 p.m. Books, newspapers, and registered letters, at noon. Money orders, at 11.30 a.m. Late letters, guard’s van, 2.40 p.m. train. The next mail for the United Kingdom via Brindisi and Southampton will close at Christchurch on February 12th.
