The Ringarooma arrived from Wellington this morning, and proceeds to Port Chalmers, thence to Bluff, Hobart Town, and Melbourne this afternoon. ARRIVAL OP THE TIMES PROM LONDON. A Seaman Washed Overboard, This morning at 9 o'clock the barque Times, consigned to the New Zealand Shipping Company, arrived from Loudon after a passage of 108 days. S> c has a largo general cargo of somewhere about of 1300 tons, but no passengers. On the 27th November, while in the south-east trade winds, an apprentice, brother to one on board, and named Edward Patterson Shaw, was washed off the forecastle deck. Every exertion was made to rescno him with the shi >'s boat, and by life buoys, but, without success. He was about seventeen years of ago, and a native of Guernsey. The Times is commanded by Captain Norrie, Jan., his father being Captain Norrie, of the Contess of Kiutore. She is under charter by the New Zealand Shipping Company. „_____________——•
