sirnsas IN CHAMBERS. Friday, January 10. [Before His Honor Mr Justice Johnston.] IN RE THE ESTATE OF PATRICK CONNELL, DECEASED. Mr Garrick applied, on behalf of Mr White, of Timaru, for an order for leave to issue probate to John Connell, as executor under the will. Leave granted as applied for. IN BE THE ESTATE OF GEORGE HIATT, DECEASED. Mr Helmore made an application for leave to register probate copy of George Hiatt’s will, instead of the original. Leave granted. IN BK THU ESTATE OF WILLIAM BULGE, DECEASED, AND LETTEEB OF ADMINISTRATION. Mr Harper applied for an order for leave to issue letters of administration to David Budge, as brother and next of kin. IN BANCO. IE COMTE V. GUILD AND ANOTHER. Mr Joynt, for Le Comte, applied for a decree to set aside a sale of land made by the mortgagees, under power of sale contained in a mortgage, and that reconveyance should be executed. Mr Harper opposed. Mr Joynt opened his case at groat length, and quoted a largo number of authorities in support of his application. The learned counsel concluded his address at; one o’clock, when the Court adjourned for an hour. On resuming at two o’clock Mr Harper addressed the Court, Mr Joynt replied, and his Honor reserved judgment. The Court then adjourned.
