HASSALL’S REPORT. The Analytical and Sanitary Institution, Holborn Viaduct, E.C. London, 9th May, 1877. Received from Mr H. J. Hart. W£ have subjected a sample of the above-named article to a very careful ohemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, praotically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart’s Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its class, is well purified, and quite genuine, (Signed) ARTHUR H.
