TTTTB have subjected a sample of the V V above-named article to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that It contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from ary trace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used Instead of mal; in the production of the choice-1 qualities of Schnapps. It is Tery smooth to the palate, and in this respect compares favourably with other samplei!i offered for Palo.
