[BY SUBMARINE CABLE.] [special to globe,] Sydney, December 24. The Mecca hag arrived with three hundred and fifty Chinese seamen. Riots are expected. The Bulli Company’s seamen have struck. The Bulli miners have also struck, because the Company has taken Chinese aboard their colliers. All the miners have returned from New Guinea to Cooktown, destitute.
