MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHRISTCHURCH. Moi<day, Deckmbub 16. [Before Q-. L. Mellisli, Esq., R.M.] LuKAcr.—Patrick O'Grrady charged with lunacy, was discharged, Dr. Coward having examined him. and pronounced him sane. Deunk and Disobdehly.—William Calder for this offence, was lined 10s. Elizabeth Bennett, 20s; and William Wallace was remanded until to-morrow morning for medical examination. Beeach of the Peace.-—Patrick Chutwick and Anthony Eerrick were charged with lighting in the public street early on Sunday morning. The offence was proved, and each party was fined 20s. William Harrison similarly charged was lined 10s.
