CHRISTCHURCH. Wednesday, Dbobmbeb 4th, [Before G. L. Hellish, Esq., R.M.] Dbunk and Disobdeely— Mary Brown was fined 20s. Tbansfeb of License.— An application was made for the transfer of the license of the Terminus Hotel from Wm. Wearing to Thos. Richmond. Mr R. D. Thomas supported the application. The transfer was granted. LYTTELTON. Wednesday, Decbmbee 4th. [Before W. Donald, Esq., E.M.J Drunkenness. —John Poole, arrested by Constable Kenny for the above offence, was fined 10a. Illegally on Pbemises.— Charles Smith, on remand from yesterday was brought up, but no additional evidence being produced by the police, the Bench dismissed the accused after cautioning him severely.
