A BYE-LAW of the Christchurch Drainage Board, as the Local Board of Health for the district constituted by the second section of The Christchurch District Drainage Act, 1875, in pursuance of the powers and authorities in that behalf vested in them by The Public Health Act, 1876, the Christchurch Drainage Board as such Local Board of Health for the said district do hereby direct and ordain as follows : 1.
