Russia disclaims any connivance at insurrectionary movement in Macedonia. The Official Austrian Gazette announces that the object of the rising is the extension of Bulgaria to Algean. Calcutta, November 2. The Begum of Bhopal offered to arm her corps in aid of the Indian Government. The whole of the Bhopal battalion offered to volunteer for service anywhere. NEW ZEALAND TELEGRAMS. The ‘‘New Zealander ” says that Government has decided to sell a portion of the reclaimed land, sufficient to make up the amount of £130,000 that would have beenavailablefor ways and means, had the Wellington Reclamation bill passed the House. No more will be sold than just sufficient to make up the deficiency created by the cause mentioned. Hokitika, November 6.
