The results of the analysis, which are set forth In a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter In solution. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is lately free from any traoe of fusil oil ov other injurious impurity, and has Evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of malt in the, production of the choicest qualities of Schnapps. It lo very smooth to the palate, and in this respeot oompares favourably with other samples offered for sale.
