Webb, Esq, J.P.] Drunkenness. —Robert Murray, on remand, was fined 10s, or an additional fortyeight hours. Desertion. —Thos. Eoy, a degerter from the Bride of Lome, qhi p, charged by Captain Richardson with above offenfce, and Thomas tiaw, for deserting from the barque Palala, were sentenced to three weeks’ imprisonment each.
