Dbunkenness.—A first’offender was fined Ss. Maintenance.— An orderwas made against Albert Gore Ward for the payment of 7s 6d per week for the maintenance of his son in the Naval Training School, Auckland.
LYTTELTON. Friday, October 18. [Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M., T. H. Potts, Esq, J.P., and H. R. Webb, Esq, J.P.] Drunkenness. —Robert Murray, on remand, was fined 10s, or an additional fortyeight hours. Desertion. —Thos. Eoy, a degerter from the Bride of Lome, qhi p, charged by Captain Richardson with above offenfce, and Thomas tiaw, for deserting from the barque Palala, were sentenced to three weeks’ imprisonment each.
