NEW CUSTOMS REGULATIONS.
[By Telegraph.] Wellington, October 11. In yesterday’s “ Gazette ” the Commissioner of Customs notifies that the times for unshipping and landing goods at the several ports of entry in New Zealand, on days other than Sundays and holidays, shall be from seven o’clock in the morning until four o’clock in the afternoon, on and from the Ist day of October until the Ist day of April, and from eight o’clock in the morning until four o’clock in the afternoon from the Ist day of April until the Ist day of October, except on Saturdays throughout the year, when no goods shall be landed after one o’clock in the afternoon without permission of the Collector of Customs. “ And I do further order and direct that Customs bonded warehouses at the several warehousing ports throughout the colony shall be open for the reception and delivery' of goods on days other than Sundays and holidays, from 8 in the morning till 5 in the afternoon on and from Ist October until the Ist of April, and from 8 in the morning until 5 in the afternoon on and from Ist April until Ist October, except Saturdays, throughout the year, when warehouses shall not be open, except with permission of the Collector of Customs, after 1 o’clock in the afternoon.
