The results of the analysis, which are set forth in a separate report, show that this spirit is of good strength, practically free from acidity, and that it contains but traces of solid matter in solution. It has a pure fragrant od our| and Is absolutely free from any tr ace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of maJ;'c in the production of the ohoioest qualifies of Schnapps. It is very smooth to the palate, and in thia respect compares favourably with other samples offered for Bale.
