A DISCLAIMER.
To the Editor of the Globe. Sr k, —Please ahow me through your paper to give a most unqualified denial to the assumption put forth by you in your leader of last evening to the effect that all the candidates for the vacant seats in the City Council have been put forth by Mr Wm Wilson’s committee. As this is not true concerning me, I do not oven know who composed that committee, except Mr. S. P. Andrews, and since I have had any idea of presenting myself as a candidate, I have not spoken to him or seen him. Yours, &c., K. Binstead. September 27th, 1878.
