NEW ZEALAND TELEGRAMS. [Pbb Pbess Agency.] Wellington, September 26. The Corporation of Wellington have decided to provide a site upon which to erect a Sailor's Home. After ten o'clock last night the House was occupied until rising on private Bills of only local interest. The House adjourned at 12.45. lyttelton haeboe bill During the evening the House went into committee on this Bill, and it was discussed, reported with slight amendment, and passed. BANK HOLIDAYS. The Bink Holidays Bill, introduced by Mr Stevens, the object of which is to increase the number of bank holidays by four, and make them the same as in Victoria, was read a second time.
