Eoumania hesitates to occupy the Dobrudscha, apprehending resistance from the inhabitants.
Some strongly worded despatches have been sent to St. Petersburgh by the British Government regarding the action of the Russian Government towards Afghanistan.
A conspiracy of a scroops nature has been discovered at Seville, Spain, the object being the overthrow of the Monarchy. Russia has advised Servia not to disarm, and continues the payment of the subsidy.
