Mr Joynt obtained leave (o sell land for the benefit of the infants, reference for further direction to bo made to the Registrar, BE TENETIA HATTON, A MINOR. Mr Gresson applied for a rule nisi requiring the production of the above-named minor. Postponed till Friday next. GOODS OF GEORGE H. HOLMES, DECEASED. In this case application had boon made by a creditor on the estate, Mr G. G. Stead, for letters of administration. Mr Garrick appeared for the applicant. The next of kin appeared to show cause why the letters of administration should not issue. Mr John Holmes, solicitor, appeared for himself, and Mr Thompson appeared for Mr John Holmes, of Riccarton, and Mr David Gordon Holmes. Thedeceased had left a will,which is inLondon. appointing his widow executrix. But she is in New York, and has made no sign of her intention to administer. No order was made, but liberty was granted to the applicant to apply for coats, Mr Thompson undertaking that Mr D. G. Holmes would take out letters of limited administration durante absentia.
