Mr Charles Clark reports the following sales of land:—A plot of land in Armagh street east, 83ft. by 124 ft., with an eight-roomed house, for £BoO. Two plots of land in Armagh street east, each toft. by 124 ft for £460. Two small plots of land on the Pound road for £9O and £65 each. A plot of land on the North town belt, containing 38 perches, for £2OO A plot of land in Colombo street South, 85 links by 240 links, for £ll7 10s.
