Austrian Regiments Refuse to Face the Enemy, and are Decimated.

Troops have been sent to Belgrrde to effect a junction with the Bosnians. The chief of the Russian police has been "daggered" dead. The motive is said to be political. The Lancashire game was drawn in favor of the Australians, who had a hundred and twenty to get, and one out for forty. [special to the press agency.] London, August 17. The relations between Austria and Turkey continue unsettled. No convention is yot signed. Q-reat military preparations continue in Bosnia. Three Austrian regiments, refusing to advance, were decimated, and, continuing mutinous, more executions followed. Those remaining were then sent prisoners to Austria. The G-erman loan of Beventy-four million francs has been negotiated with a Paris banker.
