The Impounded Land Fund. — la banco yesterday Mr Duncan, Crown Prosecutor, applied io thejr Honors for the extension of the time in which the rule nisi is made returnable for a fortnight The original date of the return of the rule was yesterday, but the Attorney-General being ui.able to aitend the application was made, 'iheir Honors granted the application, and the argument is therefore adjourned for a fortnight, when it is expected the Attorney-General will be preiest.
