Matson snd Co., on Saturday, sold a quarter-acre section, situated in Armagh street, together with the family residence erected thereon, the property of Dr Guthrie, to Mr Conyer*, for £BSO. They sold, also, two acres in the township of Eolleston for £32 10s. A number of other properties which had been advertised for sale on Saturday were withdrawn.
