LYTTELTON. Friday, July 26. [Before W. Donald, Esq., E.M.] Refusal oe Duty.—George Grant, Henry Wade, and Henry Assa, seamen belonging to the barquentine Swallow, were charged by Captain Anthony, of that vessel, with the above offence. They were sentenced to seven days imprisonment. Lunacy.—John Dysart, on remand from Christchurch, was ordered to be sent to Sunnyside. John Coutts, remanded yesterday from this Court, was also sent to the Asylum.
