[Before Dr, Donald, R.M.I Protection Order. —Caroline Light applied for a protection order from her husband, James Light, on tho ground of habitual drunkenness and cruelty. Mr Izard appeared for defendant. She deposed to his haying turned her out at night. On cross-examimp tion, she admitted that she had been living with a man named Crompton. The Bench considered that there was no ground for issuing a protection order.
