An insurer with this Company, exercising his optional privilege and becom'ng a shareholder, in effect reduces the rate charged on his own property in proportion to the amount of premium he pays and the influence he exerts to induce others to insure with the Company. At the expiration of the first financial period of the Company, the Directors will offer to persons who may have previously insured the right of taking up at par (viz., on payment of the called-up capital only, which will not exceed 10s. per share) one op the reserved shares for every £1 op insurance premium: paid by them whether for Fire or Marine risks.
