Fbiday, Jttne 28. [Before W. Donald- Esq., B.M.] Refusal of Duty.—Harry Murray, a seaman on board the brig Star of the Mersey, was charged with this offence. Mr H. N. Nalder appeared for complainant. The Bench sentenced accused to ten days' hard labor, and ordered him to pay expenses.
