MAGISTRATES' COURTS.
CHRISTOHUECH. Fbiday, July 28: [Be f ore P. Hobbs, Esq., J.P.] LAUCBNY, —John E. Taylor, alau Thompson, was charged with the larceny of a pair of moleskin trousers. As the owner had not been discovered, the case was remanded until Monday, July 12th. DeTTjSK and DisOßDEKLY.—William Galvin and William Smith, alias Massey, alias Junes Nolan, charged with this offence, were lined 20s and 10s respectively. DISOBEYING an Obdeb of the Cocet.---Henry John Hart was brought up, up.der warrant, charged with disobeying an order of the Court, and refusing to support hio wife. The accused said he was not in a position to pay the arrears, but he would either provide a home for his wife, or agree to pay 10a per week towards her maintenance. As the case had been previously brought before Mr Mellish, the Bench declined to deal with it, and the accused was remanded until Monday, July let. Bail being allowed.
