Congress has agreed to the principle upon which the settlement of Bulgaria is to be effected, and also fixed that all the Eussian troops shall evacuate Bulgaria and Roumelia in nine months. [special to the peess agency.] London, June 24. A State funeral was given to the King of Hanover at St. Q-eorge's Chapel, Windsor, today. The deliberations of Congress continue. Tho general principles of the Bulgarian question have been settled. The Eev. Mr Stanton has been consecrated, at St. Paul's, Bishop of North Queensland. The Australians have played against eighteen of Birmingham. The first innings of the Australians were 104. The top score was made by C. Bannerman for 31. Birmingham has one out for 1. The attendance was large. INTERPROVINCIAL [Per Press Agency.] Wellington, June 26. The ship Pleione, from London to Wellington, is reported at anchor under Kapiti Island. The captain wishes to be reported all well.
