[PES PBE6S AGENCY.] Dunedin, June 20. Dr. Brown, of Dunedin, has been appointed lecturer on surgery in £he Otago University. At a meeting of the shareholders of the Mount Rangitoto Silver Mine Company last night, dissatisfaction was expressed at the manner in which the shareholders had been treated by the directors re operations at the mine.
