J. Hart. "7E have subjected a sample of the W ? above-named artiole to a very careful chemical analysis and examination. It possesses a delicate and agreeable aroma, and a pure and mild taste. Mr Hart's Schiedam Schnapps is a very superior article of its claas, la well purified, and quite genuine. (Signed) ARTHUK H. WM. JOHNSON'S REPORT. Government Analytical Laboratory, Melbourne, 23rd July, 1877. Henri J. Hart, Esq. I have the honor to report for your information that the sample of Imperial Schiedam Schnapps forwarded by you to me has been submitted to a searching chemical analysis and critical examination, the result of which enables me to state that it is the finest sample of Schnapps that has yet come under my notice. It has a pure fragrant odour, and is absolutely free from any trace of fusil oil or other injurious impurity, and has evidently been distilled from superior rye grain, always used instead of malt in the production of the choicest qualities of Schnappa. It is very smooth to the palate, and in this respect compares favourably with other samples offered for sale. It may be advised &a equally suitable for medical or economio purposes. I have the honor to be, &c, (Signed) WM. JOHNSON, Analytical Chemiat to the Government of Victoria. This pure medical spirit, superior to any in the market, and lower in price, is offered to the public under the full conviction that it will supersede all others now in use.
