Messrs Parker and Purchase have sold on behalf of Mr James Campbell, three sections of laud at Avouside, containing two roods eleven perches for £325, the purchaser being a resident in Dunedin. Mr Charles Clark reports sales by him at auction of the following properties during the present week —27 acres on the Port Hills, by Halswell, two sections at Papauni, three small sections on Hewitt’s road, near Carlton Hotel, at £/- each; 3$ acres at Eicoarton, near the Plough Inn, for £1450; Christchnreh, town section 723, fronting Worcester street, near Cathedral square, for £3168.
