A sale of land was held yesterday by Messrs E. "Walton and Co., when the following properties ■wove disposed of:—Two sections, o:ich 02 links by 205 links, opposite Mr Peacock's, Papanui road, were sold for £l2O and £lls respectively. The following Freetown half-acre sections were sold, and realised as f jilows : No. 1, £7 15s ; No. 2, £7 ; No. 3, £6 15s; No. 45, £0 15s; No. It, £7; No. 43, £6 15s ; No. 42, £6 10s; No 41, £6 10s ; No. 47, £x ; No. 10, £C> 10s. Sections ;;:! and:!! realised £(i 15s each ; No. 1, £l2 ; No. 2, £0 5s : No. .'!, £'J 5s j Nos. 4 and 5, £8 15s each ; Nos. (> and 7, £8 each ; No. 8 and 9, £7 15s each. A house and section of land on the Ashburton town belt was sold for £llO. Section 16 realised £25. 200 acres at the Hinds were sold at ,£o 5s per acre. Part of rural section 72, situated at Addragton, with a 6-roomed and a 4-roomed house thereon, with 100 links frontage by 348 links deep, was Fold for £452 :0-s. A house with half an acre of laud at St. Albans realised £285. mmmmmmm
