Port is very busy, owing to the great number of vessels in harbor, and not only are trucks scarce but also berths at the wharf. Never since tho Gladstone Pier was finished have so many vessels been lying in the stream as yesterday. Two vessels, the Laju and James Wishart, cleared for London in the afternoon, and the Ellora sailed with her great cargo of breadstuffs. Numbers ef vessels, however, are waiting to occupy the room thus vacated, and their presence here proves the immense increase in onr exports, as well as the large demand for articles from other places. We do not believe that in any port of New Zealand, at «nv +impi. fhern hn» linen such a large business BABQUE ELLOEA. The barque Ellora took her final departure yesterday afternoon. She was towed out by the p.s. Titan, the wind being light from the westward. We wish Captain Clayton and his passengers a pleasant voyage. CLEARANCE OF THE LAJU.
