POST OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at the Chief Post Office for the following places as under, subject to the necessary alterations: — MONDAY, APRIL 22.
For Otago, overland, at 6 a.m. For Akaroa and Otago, per Maori, at 1.50 p.m.; late letters, 2.10 p.m.; railway station, 2.40 p.m. train. For Otago and Australian Colonies, per Alhambra, at 11 a.m.; late letters, 11.20 a.m.; railway station, 12,10 p.m. train The next English mail, via San Francisco, will close at Christchurch on or about the 20th inst.
