The Council passed the Payment of Members Bill through committee, A conference of the two Houses was negatived. The third reading was passed without a division, and the Council adjourned till Tuesday. In the Assembly the new Appropriation Bill, without the objectionable item, was brought up and passed through all its stages without a division, and ordered to bo sent to the Council. The House adjourned till Tuesday. Tee Payment of Members Bill has passed the Council. The Appropriation Bill has passed the Assembly, and will be assented to by the Governor on Tuesday, The crisis has now terminated, INTERPROVINCIAL. [PEE PRESS AGENCY.] Auckland, March 29. The creditors of Lewis Bros, have resolved to vest the estate in trustees.
