The Customs revenue collected here on Saturday, £3rd March, amounted to £-192 9s 9d. The items •were :~3pirits, £l7 ss; cigars, £lB 5e ; tobacco, £lO7 17s Gd: tea, £55 5s 6d ; goods by weight, £l2 9s 9d ; ad valorem, £250 16s; other duties, 11s. At the sittings of the Waste Lands Board held yesterday, March 25th, 1656 acres 2 roods were disposed of, realising £3313 18s 3d. The land is situated as under .—Ashley, 92 acres; Selwyn, 113 acres 1 rood; Akaroa, 300 acres; Ashburton, 792 acres 1 rood; Geraldine, 249 acres; Waimate, 110 acres.
