Yoiuntbeb Inspection. The usual monthly inspection of the Engineers, Artillery, and City Guards Companies was iftade iast evening at the drill-shed by Major Lean, At the close of the inspection men were put through manual exercise and battalion movements. After complimenting the men on their and steadiness, Major Lean said it waß, intended for the future that new members should be perfect in their recruit drill before 'being admitted, into the ranks on inspection, sights.
