POST OFFICE NOTICES.
Mails close at the Chief Post Office tor the following places as under, subject to necessary alterations TUESDAY, MARCH 12. For Otago, overland, at 11 a.m. For Akaroa and Otago, per Hawea, at 11 a.m.; late letters, 11.20; railway station, 12.10 p.m. train. For Northern Ports, per Wauaka, at 3 p.m.; late letters, 3.20 p.m.; railway station, 4 p.m. train. For Kaikoara and Wellington, per Tni, at 4.45 p.m.; late letter box, guard’s van, must not be used for the Tui’s mails. WEDNESDAY. MARCH 13, For Otago, overland, at 6 a.m. and li a.m. For Wellington and Nelson, per Riugarooma. SYDNEY J. DICK
