♦ The Customs' duties collected for this port on TMdav February 22nd, amounted to £1123 7s lid. Itemfas follows : -Spirits, £52419s 6d; wine, £24; tobacco £221 15s; ale, in bottle, 2s 6d ; ale, m bulk £5; tea, £1610s ; sugar, £18! 8s 7d; ad valorem, JB109'l8s: goods by weight, £46 14s 4d. The Customs' duties collected as above on Saturflav 23rd February, amounted to £328 10s Id. Ihe &s were-Spirits, £lO6 8s 9d; tea, £l2 15s , Bugar,£l4s 12s 6d; ad valorem, £6 2s; goods by weight, 457 lid 10d. At the sittings of the Waste Lands Board on Mondav. 25U February, 5770 acres were disposed of realising- £11,540.
