LYTTELTON. Wednesday, January 16. [Before H. R. Webb and J. T. Eouse, Eeqs., J.P.s.j Drunkenness.— o. Thornton, arrested by Constable Moutrny, was fined 10s, or, in default, forty-eight hours. Civil Cases. —Cole t Dczousa, claim £7 17s, for board and lodging and money lent; Mr H. N. Nalder for plaintiff; judgment for amount claimed, costs 18s, solicitor’s fee 21s. A cross summons against Cole was dismissed. Holmes r Hornby, claim £5 8s fid for rent due; Mr H. N. Nalder for plaintiff; judgment for £1 4s
