The s.s. Grafton arrived from Wellington and West Coast at 1 p.xn. The Glenlora commences loading to.day. We hear that Captain Friston has been appointed to the Opawa, Captain Young taking charge of the Wodonga, with a cargo of timber, railway material. &c.. sailed from Auckland for Lyttelton on January 7th, and on the same day the brigantine Helena cleared for the Thames, where she will load up at the Thames River Sawmills for Lyttelton.
