VOLUNTEERS.
CITY GUAEDS EIFLE MATCH. The Single men having accepted another challenge from the Married on the same conditions as in the two former matches, the firing took place on Wednesday last, at the Hillsborough Eange. The men also competed for two dozen of wine, given by Mr E. Offwood and Son, carriers, which was divided into five prizes. Excepting a contrary wind which was blowing in the valley, the morning was favorable. The match again resulted in a victory for the Single men by 27 points. The following are the scores :
