The schooner Torea sailed for Kaipara this morning. ~ , ... , The Sunbeam arrived at Newcastle trom this port on December 22m1, and the George Nob.e and Clematis on December 26th. The St. Aiguau completed her discharge on Monday, ballasted yesterday, and will go into the stream to Thc'Canny Scot and Alert iinished unloading yesterday, and the Derwent will be all out to-day. * The “New Zealand Times” of the sth says : Owing to the large quantities of wool pouring into this port for the New Zealand Shipping Company, they have been forced to put the Mataura on the borth here for London, instead of sending her on to Lyttelton. Already she has a large quantity of cargo on board, and several hundred hales arc now in port waiting to be shipped into her. She will be the next vessel to follow the Wairoa. SHIPPING TELEGRAMS. Arrived—Easby, from Sydney, after a protracted passage, encountering headwinds all the way. She left on the 31st. Passengers for Lytteltou-Mrs Prolett and 2 children, Messrs J. luveranty, Clark, Collins, Blair, Carson, Brown, Conley, McLollau. Blcee, January 9. Arrived—Arawata, with Suez Mail.
